Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Duraster website (the "Service") operated by Duraster ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


1. Orders and Payments

  • Orders for customized furniture placed through the Duraster website require a 50% payment upfront to initiate the production process.
  • The remaining 50% of the payment must be made before the scheduled dispatch date.
  • Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of the initial 50% payment.
  • Failure to complete the full payment before the dispatch date may result in the cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the initial 50% payment.

2. Customized Furniture

  •  Duraster specializes in the creation of customized furniture pieces.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate specifications and requirements for their customized furniture orders.
  • Any changes to the specifications of the order must be communicated to Duraster in writing and may result in additional charges.

3. Delivery

  • Duraster will provide an estimated delivery date upon confirmation of the order, It varies product to product. For standard products it takes 3 to 5 weeks for dispatch and for customised products it takes 3-6 months for dispatch.
  • For some products it may take longer than the above mentioned timeline(e.g. 3-6 months).
  • The remaining 50% payment must be made before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access to the delivery location and that the furniture pieces can be accommodated.
  • Duraster will not be held responsible for any damages incurred after the delivery.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of placing the order, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 48 hours of placing the order.
  • In the event of a cancellation, any payments made beyond the cancellation fee will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days.

5. Warranty and Returns

  • Duraster offers a warranty on all furniture products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
  • Customers must inspect the delivered furniture upon receipt and report any damages or defects to Duraster within 48 hours.
  • Returns or replacements will be provided at the discretion of Duraster, depending on the nature of the defect or damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and designs, associated with Duraster are the property of Duraster. Customers may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to Duraster without prior written consent.


7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of IT Act, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

  • Duraster reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  •  By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
